Just finished 2 weeks of training with 2 long runs of 16 mi. I was able to run with a couple of faster guys, so we averaged 7:55 last week and 7:54 this week with our last 6 miles sub 7:15. Hopefully this will translate into racing come May. It was 55 on Saturday, and then we have a high of 22 today. Yuck. But, the marathon won't run itself...
